Initially my work focuses on digital photography, but it also incorporates more than one method of working.
Using innovative mixed media, digital video, I create structures, pattern and textures that are then manipulated to create something unique.
This involves experimenting with both techniques and processes. Using these methods I then use Photoshop to create a variety of compositions.
Not only does the use of a computer allow me to change the properties of my work, but, more importantly, the opportunity to create a variety of outcomes.
I like to think that my work takes on an unconventional way of working, which allows illustration/design/photography to be seen in a new light.
Influences for my work stem from subjects such as Emotion, own Cultural Identity (British, Indian) and own Gender (Female).
